Calls Log
Every call you place to a candidate is captured in one place, with its recording, transcript, and AI summary, so you never have to reconstruct a conversation from memory. The Calls page is your workspace-wide call history; this guide shows you how to read it, search it, and dig into a single call.
1. Open the Calls page
Click Calls in the sidebar. At the top you'll see the page title with a running count of calls, plus four quick stats:
- Total calls
- Completed
- Avg duration
- Answer rate: the share of your calls that were answered and completed
Below the stats, calls are grouped by day (Today, Yesterday, then recent weekdays and dates), newest first. Each row shows the candidate, the pipeline they belong to, who called which number, the time, the call duration, and a status dot.
The Calls page lists the calls you and your teammates place directly to candidates, for example with the Call button on a candidate profile. Calls that happen inside a pipeline (AI voice interviews, manual phone screens) live on the candidate's profile under their Calls tab. See AI Voice Interviews.
2. Find a call
Use the search box at the top (Search by candidate, number, pipeline…) to filter the list. It matches candidate names, phone numbers, pipeline names, and the caller's name all at once, so a single search like a candidate's first name or a pipeline title is usually enough.
Call statuses tell you what happened at a glance:
- Completed: the call connected and finished
- No answer, Busy, Canceled, Failed: the call didn't happen
- Initiated, Ringing, In progress: the call is happening right now
3. Review a call
Click any row to open the call detail panel. The header shows the candidate, their pipeline, the status, and the date, time, and duration, with a link icon to jump straight to the candidate's full profile.
If the call was recorded, an audio player sits at the top: press play, or click anywhere on the progress bar to jump around the recording. Below it, three tabs break down the conversation:
- Summary: an AI-written recap of the call, ready to paste into notes or share with the team.
- Transcript: the full text of the conversation, with a Copy button.
- Details: candidate, recipient number, pipeline, caller, date, duration, and status, plus a score out of 100 for pipeline interview calls.
Right after a call ends you may briefly see Transcribing… while the recording is processed; the summary and transcript appear automatically once it finishes.
4. Actions on a call
From the Details tab you can:
- Download recording: save the audio file.
- Re-process: re-run transcription and the AI summary for the recording. Handy if you see Transcription failed.
- Delete call: remove the call permanently. You'll be asked to click again to confirm.
Deleting a call removes its recording, transcript, and summary for the whole workspace; there's no undo. Some actions, like deleting calls or seeing the Calls page at all, depend on your role; if you see "You don't have access to calls", ask a workspace admin. See Team Members & Roles.
