Your Company Page

Your company page is the public careers site candidates see: your story, your culture, and every open role, all pulled straight from your pipelines. You build it with a drag-and-drop editor: open Settings → Career Page to get started.

The builder used to sit on its own in the sidebar. It now lives in Settings alongside the rest of your company configuration, so branding, the page, and your workspace settings are all in one place. Everything below works exactly as it did.

💡

The page builder needs a desktop or tablet screen (1024px or wider). The published page itself looks great on any device; there's even a built-in preview for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

1. Pick a starting point

The first time you open the builder you'll be asked to Choose a Template (Modern, Classic, or Bold), each pre-filled with sensible sections and copy you can rewrite. Prefer a blank canvas? Click Start from scratch and you'll begin with just a Hero Banner and Open Positions.

2. Add and arrange sections

Drag sections from the Sections panel on the left onto the canvas. You can add:

  • Hero Banner: headline, subheadline, background image, and a call-to-action button
  • About Us: your story, founding year, size, industry, and location
  • Team Members: photos and roles
  • Open Positions: live job listings from your pipelines
  • Company Culture, Benefits & Perks, and Testimonials
  • Media Gallery and Custom Content, the only two you can add more than once

Click a section to edit its content in the panel on the right, drag to reorder, toggle a section's visibility, or remove it. Undo and redo are always a click (or Ctrl+Z) away, and the status bar at the bottom shows your save state. The builder also auto-saves as you work.

3. How your jobs appear

The Open Positions section lists your active pipelines automatically: activate a pipeline and it shows up; close one and it disappears. Prefer to curate? Turn off auto-pull in the section's settings and hand-pick which pipelines to show. Each listing links straight to that pipeline's application page, so candidates can apply on the spot. Draft pipelines never appear. See Creating a Pipeline for how activation works.

4. Set your branding and URL

Click the Page Settings icon in the toolbar. It has three tabs:

  • Branding: company display name, Accent Color, Company Logo, Cover Image, and Theme Preference, plus a switch to Show cover on candidate portal.
  • SEO: the title, description, and social-share image used when your page appears in search results and link previews.
  • URL: your Page URL (lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only). Click Update URL to save it.

5. Publish and share

  1. Use the Preview button anytime to see the page exactly as candidates will.
  2. When you're happy, click Publish. If a section is missing required content (say, a hero without a headline), you'll get a Cannot publish yet message telling you what to fix.
  3. Once published, a green Published badge appears in the toolbar and View Live opens the real page in a new tab.

To share it, grab the link from View Live, or from Settings → Workspace Settings, where the Public Company Page card has a one-click Copy link button.

⚠️

Your public page only shows the design you built after you Publish. Before that, visitors see a simple default layout, so if your edits aren't showing up live, hit Publish first, then refresh.
