Candidate Profiles

Every applicant in your workspace gets a single profile that follows them across pipelines: one place to see their resume, responses, scores, interview recordings, offers, and every email you've exchanged. This guide covers the global Candidates page and the full profile view.

The Candidates list

Open Candidates from the sidebar to see everyone across all your pipelines. To narrow the list:

  • Quick filters: one-click chips for Completed, Ongoing, Attention (candidates stuck waiting on credits or setup), Assessment, and Hired, each with a live count.
  • Search: the search box matches candidates as you type.
  • Filter and Sort: build precise filters on any column and order the results; Clear all resets everything.
  • View: show or hide columns such as Skills, Referral Tag, or Hired.

The table shows columns like Name, Email, Phone, Score, Status, Current Node, and Pipeline. Click View Resume in the Resume column to open a candidate's resume right in the app, or click the Pipeline value to jump to that pipeline's applicants table.

Need the data elsewhere? Click Export to download the current view (rows, columns, and filters included) as a CSV.

💡

Select one or more rows to act in bulk: Send Email sends a message to everyone selected, and Delete removes them. Deleting is permanent: it erases all responses, notifications, and history.

Quick view and full profile

Clicking a row opens a quick-view panel with the essentials: score, contact details, Highlights, Application Details, recent Responses, Comments, and Tasks. Use the arrows to flip through candidates without leaving the list, or click Full Profile to open the complete record.

Fix a wrong email address

A typo in an email address used to mean the candidate was unreachable for good. Now you can correct it in place: hover the email on the candidate's Highlights card and use the edit control beside it.

The new address has to be unique within that candidate's pipeline. If another candidate there already uses it, the change is refused rather than quietly merging two people into one record.

The full profile organizes everything into tabs:

  • Overview: highlights, application details, and anything Awaiting your review.
  • Pipelines: one card per application, with a step-by-step journey timeline showing each stage the candidate passed, its score, and expandable answers. Buttons open their Resume, original Application, and full Report.
  • Assessments: every assessment taken, grouped by pipeline, with scores and expandable per-question reports. See Reviewing Results.
  • Offers: offer letters and their signing status. See Offers.
  • Outreach, Tasks, Emails, Calls, and SMS: campaign history, to-dos, and every conversation.

A side panel adds an Activity feed (a timestamped timeline of events like "Applied to Pipeline", "Assessment Completed", "Score Updated", and "Marked as Hired") plus Emails and team Comments.

Scores, transcripts, and recordings

Scores run 0–100 and are color-coded: green for 80 and up, amber for 50–79, red below. For voice interviews, the profile shows the Recording with a built-in player, the full Transcript, an AI-written Summary, and an Evaluation. See AI Voice Interviews.

Managing a candidate

The Manage menu (gear icon) is where actions live:

  • Send email: compose directly from the profile.
  • Share report link and Share portal link: copy links to the recruiter report or the candidate's own portal.
  • Edit score: override the overall score (0–100).
  • Change stage: opens Manage Progress, where you can Rewind a candidate to an earlier step or Skip Ahead.
  • Mark as hired / Reset hiring status.
  • Remove from pipeline: deletes that one application; other pipelines are untouched.
  • Delete from all pipelines: erases the candidate everywhere.
⚠️

Rewind permanently deletes the responses from every step after the one you rewind to; the candidate will redo those assessments. Removals and deletions can't be undone either, so double-check before confirming.
