The LinkedIn listing points back at your Hivemind application form, so every applicant clicks through and lands in the pipeline you already built, with your screening, assessments, and automations applied from the first minute. One listing, one workflow, nothing entered twice.

1. Connect your LinkedIn account

Go to Settings → Apps & Integrations and connect your LinkedIn account. This is a one-time step; the connection appears under My connected accounts once linked.

2. Post a job

Open the job you want to publish and choose Post to LinkedIn. Hivemind creates the LinkedIn listing from the job you already maintain, pointing applicants at your public application form.

3. Applicants land in your pipeline

When someone applies on LinkedIn, they click through to your Hivemind application form and enter the pipeline automatically, exactly like an applicant who came from your application link or company page. From there, your first pipeline steps (Resume Scoring, assessments, communication) run without any manual routing.
